I support individuals and groups working in professional or corporate environments to handle the issues many organizations face productively, such as change management, 'difficult' situations, and 'difficult' individuals in teams.

I have developed and managed various Learning and development programs and education products over the past 20 years. 

 This includes learning programs in IT, finance, leadership, individual effectiveness and self-awareness, effective communication, planning and organizing, team-building, creativity, problem-solving, and motivation.

For over 18 years I've supported various organizations in their projects and change management, mainly in the education area.

I work in agile, waterfall or combined approaches depending on my clients' needs.

Quantitative & Qualitative Research

 With my Master of Arts Diploma in Sociology, I conduct quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation projects as well as market and desk research.

 I've supported both the public and private sectors.
